My stay at Comfort Suites was excellent. The staff was courteous and responsive, assisting me with my inquiries regarding the business center and meeting spaces, which were both well-equipped. The room was spacious and clean, making it ideal for working. Additionally, I appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast, which included a good selection of items like scrambled eggs and fruit.

Good water pressure in the shower.

The front staff was incredibly rude at check-in. The room itself was full of unpleasant odors, making it hard to relax. The shower head was covered in grime, and it was disgusting to use. Furthermore, housekeeping didn't seem to clean the bathroom properly, leaving dirty fixtures behind. I felt uncomfortable throughout my entire stay.

We had a nice one-night stay. The room was really spacious and comfy, but the AC was super slow to cool down. The breakfast was solid and the girl working it was super friendly despite some messy kids at the waffle station. But the ice machine on our floor was broken. Overall, enjoyed the snack bar too!

The staff, especially the night attendant with blue hair, was highly helpful when I accidentally locked myself out. The hotel’s location is convenient, with plenty of shopping options nearby. However, the walls are thin, leading to noise from adjacent rooms. This disturbance affected my rest quality. The bathroom could use some attention. the shower head looked dirty, and the sink had remnants of toothpaste. My overall experience was positive, but a few improvements would make it much better.

my stay at comfort suites was great! the king suite was spacious and clean. the location is perfect, very close to major shopping areas. one night, i locked myself out after midnight, but a lady at the front desk with blue hair was super helpful. her kindness was the highlight of my visit! i also enjoyed the fitness center and the seasonal outdoor pool.

Great spot for a family stopover

The room was a queen suite with two queen beds and a cozy sofa, perfect for relaxing. It had air conditioning, a microwave, and a fridge for convenience. The free Wi-Fi was strong, and the fitness center looked nice. The breakfast spread had hot bacon and lots of fruit, which was a great start to the day!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel with our two grown kids. Plenty of outdoor spots and shopping nearby made it convenient for us to explore Odessa. The spacious rooms allowed us all to relax comfortably after busy days. The breakfast was satisfying and the pool area was great for unwinding.

My kids wished there were more activities for them to do at the hotel while we were there.
